From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our visit was flawless. The room we stayed in was not just spacious; it was palatial. Elegantly furnished and equipped with every imaginable luxury, it provided a serene sanctuary that we looked forward to returning to each day. One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience. The breakfast spread was not only vast but also delectable, offering a variety of options to cater to every palate. The dinners were equally delightful, featuring an array of Thai delicacies prepared to perfection. The culinary journey here was nothing short of a gastronomic adventure, and we savored every bite. For those with a penchant for exquisite Thai cuisine, Phulay Bay was a paradise. The chefs showcased their culinary expertise, allowing us to indulge in authentic, mouthwatering dishes that were a true delight to the senses. The pièce de résistance, however, was the infinity pool. Majestic and sprawling, it overlooked the breathtaking landscape, making every swim a surreal experience. The sheer beauty of the pool, especially against the backdrop of the stunning surroundings, made it the most enchanting infinity pool I've ever had the pleasure of swimming in. It's hard to find fault with Phulay Bay. The attention to detail, the unparalleled service, the luxurious amenities, and the outstanding cuisine - everything was meticulously crafted to provide an experience of the highest caliber. My partner and I spent a blissful month here for our honeymoon, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Phulay Bay exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. Without a doubt, we will cherish the memories of our stay here, and we eagerly anticipate the day we can return

Where do I even start with this hotel? The warmth and friendliness of the staff, stunning views and rooms and meticulous attention to detail throughout our visit blew us away. I cannot recommend this hotel enough—it's a credit to the industry and something all hotels should aspire to emulate. The food was incredible, the excursions were well planned and pleasant, and the room service was exceptional. To our delight, we were often presented with personalised messages, rose petal baths and delicious treats. I've never felt such a connection with hotel staff, but staying here truly makes you feel as if you are part of a family. I would like to wish all the staff best of luck and hope that they are consistently recognised for the great work they do. I will definitely be coming back.

Service excellent. I have to remark on the food: this has been the only property so far in Krabi where every dish on the menu has been a HIT. Good food in every single restaurant and bar. Room was beautiful and carefully designed. Service from our butler Sun was exceptional, he carefully provided for our every need and was always a text message away. I have to greatly commend his outstanding and warm service. Buggies were always quick and convenient. Staff were always welcoming, greeting us with a smile where ever we went. Spa was also really really good with amazing spa facilities including a sauna, steam room and relaxation lounge.

The hotel put a lot of effort into organizing the room for our arrival with 3 kids, they arranged baby bottles, sterilizer, toilet and bath accessories for kids, It was really great, thank you. Breakfast is exceptional, the food in restaurants is very good. The hotel has a great agenda of events for guests - cocktail evenings, dance shows, complimentary trips to Hong island. The pool is very nice and there are kids friends. The gym was perfect.
