The food was incredible, the excursions were well planned and pleasant, and the room service was exceptional. To our delight, we were often presented with personalised messages, rose petal baths and delicious treats. I've never felt such a connection with hotel staff, but staying here truly makes you feel as if you are part of a family. Room was beautiful and carefully designed. Service from our butler Sun was exceptional, he carefully provided for our every need and was always a text message away. I have to greatly commend his outstanding and warm service. Buggies were always quick and convenient. Staff were always welcoming, greeting us with a smile where ever we went. Spa was also really really good with amazing spa facilities including a sauna, steam room and relaxation lounge.
