Service excellent. I have to remark on the food: this has been the only property so far in Krabi where every dish on the menu has been a HIT. Good food in every single restaurant and bar. Room was beautiful and carefully designed. Service from our butler Sun was exceptional, he carefully provided for our every need and was always a text message away. I have to greatly commend his outstanding and warm service. Buggies were always quick and convenient. Staff were always welcoming, greeting us with a smile where ever we went. Spa was also really really good with amazing spa facilities including a sauna, steam room and relaxation lounge.

The atmosphere of Phulay Bay was serene and meditative—you feel transported into a sanctuary of peace the moment you step in. The personalized butler service was exceptional, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect and stress-free. The food was phenomenal, with a wide variety of dishes that were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our villa was incredibly spacious, featuring high ceilings, the largest bathroom area we’ve ever had, and a design that exuded luxury and comfort. The sunset bar was a true highlight, offering breathtaking views and a relaxing ambiance.

The pièce de résistance, however, was the infinity pool. Majestic and sprawling, it overlooked the breathtaking landscape, making every swim a surreal experience. The sheer beauty of the pool, especially against the backdrop of the stunning surroundings, made it the most enchanting infinity pool I've ever had the pleasure of swimming in. It's hard to find fault with Phulay Bay. The attention to detail, the unparalleled service, the luxurious amenities, and the outstanding cuisine - everything was meticulously crafted to provide an experience of the highest caliber. My partner and I spent a blissful month here for our honeymoon, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Phulay Bay exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. Without a doubt, we will cherish the memories of our stay here, and we eagerly anticipate the day we can return

- Wonderful staff, very attentive and catered to our every need. That made the whole difference! Even when faced with a language barrier from the cleaners, everyone was so kind and genuinely friendly. - Bed is incredibly comfortable and 4 meters wide. Couldn't top this anywhere else in Thailand. - Best food we had in Thailand throughout our 10 day trip, their western food is equally as good as the thai. Our 5 year old really enjoyed their homemade tomato sauce penne. - Breakfast is rich and delicious. - Hong island tour is a must do! - Spa is really nice A big thank you to our butler Patty-Jeans, to Tanya and Ann among everyone else who was so kind.
